On the morning of August 29, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), at the Great Unity Square (Pleiku ward), the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province organized a flower and incense offering ceremony at the Uncle Ho Monument with the Central Highlands ethnic groups and at the place of worship of Uncle Ho, visiting the heroic martyrs at the provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Ho Quoc Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Ngoc Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Also attending were former provincial leaders of all periods; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; representatives of provincial departments, branches, sectors and organizations; delegations of units: 34th Corps Command, 15th Corps Command and leaders of wards and communes: Pleiku, Dien Hong, Hoi Phu, Thong Nhat, An Phu, Bien Ho, Gao.

Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung and Provincial People's Committee Chairman Pham Anh Tuan offered incense at Uncle Ho's Temple in the Pleiku Museum campus.

In a solemn atmosphere, in front of the Uncle Ho Monument with the Central Highlands people at the Great Unity Square, the leaders of Gia Lai province and delegates respectfully offered wreaths, expressing their infinite gratitude and commemorating the contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - Hero of national liberation, Genius leader of the Party and People of Vietnam, Outstanding soldier of the international communist and workers' movement. Taking a minute of silence in front of the Uncle Ho Monument, remembering his merits and teachings, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province vow to continue to promote the revolutionary tradition; forever follow the revolutionary path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho; promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; uphold political determination, overcome difficulties and challenges, successfully complete assigned tasks, and build Gia Lai province to become more and more prosperous.

After the incense and flower offering ceremony at Dai Doan Ket Square, the provincial leaders, former leaders and delegates laid wreaths and burned incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the provincial Martyrs Cemetery (Pleiku ward).

In front of the Monument of the Fatherland, the provincial leaders and delegates laid wreaths, respectfully offered incense and observed a moment of silence to commemorate the great contributions of generations of fathers and brothers who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, protecting the Fatherland and fulfilling noble international duties. The delegates also burned incense at each martyr's grave, expressing the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", the deep gratitude of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Gia Lai province to the previous generations of fathers and brothers./.
