Due to the impact of storm No. 11, the province experienced widespread heavy rains causing flooding and landslides in many places, including some communes such as Yen Binh, Van Nham, Thien Tan, Huu Lung, Tuan Son (belonging to the old Huu Lung district) which were heavily flooded, causing damage to many people's properties. In particular, in the above communes, many areas were cut off and isolated due to floods.

For areas where the water has receded, it is necessary to quickly deploy environmental sanitation measures, houses; organize disinfection spraying; continue to deploy measures to overcome infrastructure problems, repair houses... so that people can soon stabilize their lives.
