Participating in the wreath-laying and incense-offering ceremony were comrades Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Tri Thanh - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, along with comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee, and departments and agencies of the province.

Joining in the flower and incense offering were the delegation of the provincial armed forces and the delegation of leaders from Tam Ky City.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegates bowed their heads and observed a moment of silence to commemorate the immense contributions and sacrifices of their forefathers, soldiers, compatriots, and heroic Vietnamese mothers to the cause of national liberation.

Building on the revolutionary traditions of their homeland, Quang Nam, the delegates pledged to strive for self-improvement, promote the spirit of unity and solidarity, overcome difficulties and challenges, and work together to build a more prosperous homeland where the people enjoy well-being and happiness.
