The scene of the accident

At about 11:20 p.m. on December 17, at Km 74 +600 on National Highway 49 passing through Phu Vinh commune, A Luoi district, a tractor-trailer overturned, killing the driver on the spot.

At the time, the tractor with license plate 74C-08387 towing a trailer with license plate 74R 00778 was driven by Mr. Nguyen Nhat Hao (born in 1975, residing in Quarter 1, Dong Luong Ward, Dong Ha City, Quang Tri Province), transporting wood from Laos. When reaching A Co Pass, the vehicle overturned and plunged into a ravine about 30m deep, killing the driver and severely damaging the tractor.

A Luoi District Police coordinated with other forces to examine the scene, perform an autopsy, and bring the victim to National Highway 49. Currently, the authorities are investigating the incident.
