On the morning of June 30, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committees of the three provinces: Tra Vinh, Ben Tre, Vinh Long solemnly held a ceremony to announce the Resolutions on provincial mergers; Decision to establish the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee. This is a political event of special significance, demonstrating great determination in renewing management thinking and the aspiration to rise up and build Vinh Long province to develop rapidly and sustainably in the new era.

For places where the commune level lacks professional staff, the provincial level must arrange, strengthen, and provide timely, adequate support and assistance to ensure smooth work. In particular, special attention must be paid to the operation of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center, ensuring smooth operation because this is the level that directly serves the needs of the people and businesses, including services in the fields of health, education, culture, etc. in the locality.
