Ceremony to announce appointment decisions on personnel work at Quang Binh Petroleum Company

The ceremony to announce the decisions on the Company's personnel work was solemnly held with the participation of Mr. Pham Van Thanh - Member of the Government Party Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrolimex ; Mr. Tran Tuan Linh - Member of the Board of Directors of Petrolimex ; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son - Chairman of the Vietnam Petroleum Trade Union and representatives of the Leaders of the Group's affiliated Departments.

On the side of Petrolimex Quang Binh, there were: Company's Board of Directors, Party Committee; Heads and Deputy Heads of functional departments, Store Managers, Warehouse Managers, Trade Union Executive Committee, and Secretary of the Company's Youth Union.

Mr. Pham Van Thanh - Member of the Government Party Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam National Petroleum Group presented the Decision on the positions of Chairman and Director at Quang Binh Petroleum Company.

At the ceremony, Mr. Pham Van Thanh - Member of the Government Party Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group presented Decision No. 663/PLX-QD-HDQT dated July 14, 2025 of the Board of Directors of the Group on personnel work for Mr. Le Anh Hung, Chairman and Director of Quang Binh Petroleum Company, to cease to hold the position of Director of the Company from August 1, 2025; Decision No. 666/PLX-QD-HDQT dated July 14, 2025 of the Board of Directors of the Group on the transfer and appointment of personnel for Mr. Tran Dinh Vu, Deputy Director of Nghe An Petroleum Company to hold the position of Director of Quang Binh Petroleum Company, for a term of 05 years from August 1, 2025.

Head of Human Resources, Salary and Bonus Department of the Group Tran Van Giang announced the decisions at the ceremony.

Member of the Government Party Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group Pham Van Thanh praised the achievements and contributions of Mr. Le Anh Hung during many years of working at Petrolimex Quang Binh and expressed his confidence that with his proven experience and capacity, the new Director of Quang Binh Petroleum Company, Tran Dinh Vu, will, together with the Company's staff, promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity, maintain the pioneering role of the unit, and excellently complete the work programs, tasks, and plans assigned by the Group.

Chairman of the Company Le Anh Hung sincerely thanks the Group's Board of Directors for their close attention to Quang Binh Construction Project.

New Director of the Company Tran Dinh Vu expressed his honor to be entrusted with this task by the Group and Company's leaders.

On the same day, the delegation of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group worked with the leaders of Quang Binh Construction Corporation and Quang Tri Construction Corporation on the orientation of the arrangement of the Group's affiliated Petroleum Companies. At the meeting, the delegates listened to the orientation of the arrangement of the affiliated Petroleum Companies and exchanged and discussed the difficulties in the merger, arrangement of the Company and personnel in the coming time. This is one of the activities in the process of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus according to the Project of restructuring the Vietnam National Petroleum Group, closely following the policies and orientations of the Resolution of the Central Executive Committee of the Party and the Resolution of the National Assembly.
