The Hung Kings are the common ancestors of the entire Vietnamese people. The worship of Hung Kings is a unique cultural heritage in the cultural and spiritual life of generations of Vietnamese people. It is the spiritual support that creates the strength of the Vietnamese nation, the symbol of the origin that creates the strength of great national unity, and the pride of the nation in 4,000 years of history.

Every year, on the 10th day of the 3rd lunar month, Vietnamese people of all ethnic groups, wherever they are, all turn their hearts to the Ancestors' Death Anniversary. This is a gesture that deeply demonstrates the traditional morality of "When drinking water, remember its source".

This is also an opportunity to express gratitude and remember the merits of the Hung Kings in building the country, from which we vow to follow the example of previous generations, unite as one, actively work creatively, determined to build our homeland Lam Dong, build Vietnam to become increasingly rich, beautiful, civilized, worthy of being descendants of the Hung Kings.

The presence of our compatriots and comrades on this great ceremony is a cultural beauty, a spiritual meeting place to promote national pride and self-respect, to awaken the strength and sacred spirit of the mountains and rivers to pray for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather, and for all Vietnamese people in general, and the ethnic minorities of Lam Dong province in particular, to be healthy, to have a peaceful, prosperous, and happy life.

In front of the Hung King Temple, we vow to strive to inherit and promote the patriotism and glorious revolutionary tradition of previous generations; unite and be determined to build our homeland Lam Dong to become increasingly prosperous, beautiful, and civilized, worthy of the efforts of our ancestors in building, preserving, and cultivating it.

The ceremony took place solemnly according to traditional rituals. Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of agencies, departments, sectors, unions, districts, Da Lat city, along with thousands of compatriots, people and tourists offered incense to express their respect, remembrance and gratitude to the National Ancestor.

Engrave and pay tribute to the great merits of the Hung Kings and our ancestors who discovered, built, and preserved the beautiful country of Vietnam as it is today. Pray for national peace, people's peace, every family's prosperity and happiness, the country's beauty and sustainability forever, the nation's longevity, and the country's prosperity.

The festival takes place at the foot of Prenn waterfall with many cultural and artistic activities to preserve, maintain and promote national cultural identity. Games such as blindfolded duck catching, bamboo dancing... attract young people, students from universities, colleges, and Youth Union organizations to participate enthusiastically.

The space recreates a rural market with 20 food stalls and traditional dishes such as rice, pho, vermicelli, cakes, fruits, sweet soup, porridge... all attractive and appealing.

The calligraphy space with the beauty of the person asking for and giving calligraphy has shown the tradition of a nation that loves learning, loves words, and loves beauty.

The folk art performance stage attracted thousands of viewers with folk songs and dances of the Cham people performed by the Ninh Thuan Provincial Culture and Arts Center; folk songs from three regions, and traditional musical instruments performed by the Folk Song and Traditional Music Club of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Culture House.
