The border crossing of Bach Dich, Yen Minh, Ha Giang (Vietnam) and Duong Van, Malypho, Yunnan (China) is an important crossing for border residents on both sides to visit relatives and exchange goods for the two districts. During the Covid-19 pandemic, to review and strengthen epidemic prevention measures, Yunnan province temporarily suspended customs clearance at this crossing. Currently, the epidemic situation on both sides has been controlled, so Yunnan province decided to restore customs clearance. This will be an opportunity to further enhance exchanges and cooperation between the two districts, while creating favorable conditions for people in the border areas of both sides to visit relatives and trade goods, and develop the economy .

At the same time, continue to direct the functional forces to closely coordinate in crime prevention and disease control on the border, actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the two localities and building a peaceful , friendly, stable and developed border.
