University and college entrance fee payment schedule 2025 of provinces and cities

According to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , after registering and adjusting university admission wishes for 2025, from July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of admission wishes.

To avoid overloading the system, the Ministry divides the payment schedule for university admission fees in specific provinces and cities as follows:

Candidates can pay by themselves using their bank accounts or e-wallets, or ask relatives or teachers to do it for them. The Departments of Education and Training will support payment in case candidates cannot do it themselves, especially for those in difficult circumstances, in remote areas.

Bank payment channels include: Vietcombank, Vietinbank, Agribank, BIDV, SHB; VPBank, TPBank, MBBank, HDBank.

Payment intermediary organizations: Other banks via VNPT Money, Vietnam Post, Ngan Luong, Payoo, Napas, HPay.

E-wallets: VNPT Money, Momo, Viettel Money.

Mobile payment channel: VNPT Mobile Money.

From August 16 to August 20, the Ministry of Education and Training will process admission applications (virtual filtering). At 5:00 p.m. on August 20, training institutions will enter the admission scores and admission results into the system, review and prepare to announce the first round of admission results.
Training institutions will notify candidates who have passed the first round of admission from 5:00 p.m. on August 22.
After knowing the admission score, all admitted candidates (including direct admission candidates) must confirm their enrollment on the system (if they wish to study) before 5:00 p.m. on August 30.
From September 1 to December, candidates who need to apply for additional admission rounds of the training institution, follow the admission information posted on the training institution's admission information page.
