In the first 6 months of the year, the work of caring for union members and workers was widely organized by trade unions at all levels with many specific and practical activities. In particular, implementing a plan to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year and the Trade Union Tet Fair with a total cost of over 52 billion VND. Supporting the construction of 32 new union shelters, with a total cost of 1.6 billion VND. Supporting more than 300 union members and workers in difficult circumstances, having work accidents, and suffering from serious illnesses, with a total amount of 380 million VND. Supporting 270 union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total amount of 290 million VND in Workers' Month 2025.
In the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial Federation of Labor continued to reorganize the organization and apparatus of the Trade Union under the direction of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee. Deploying the project to establish the Trade Union Working Committee (new), the project to establish the Commune-level Trade Union (new).
On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded the 2024 emulation flag to the Duc Pho Town Labor Federation; awarded Certificates of Merit to 05 collectives and 12 individuals. The Provincial Labor Federation awarded emulation flags to 04 collectives and Certificates of Merit to 67 individuals for their outstanding achievements in trade union activities in the past time. The conference also announced decisions to end the activities of trade unions at the direct superior level.
