Mr. Tran Van Chien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented a flower basket from the Provincial People's Committee to congratulate the Festival.
Attending the event were Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Mr. Tran Van Chien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Nam Giang - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Artist Le Nguyen - Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Artists, Chairman of the Association's Art Council; Ms. Dang Thi Phuong - President of the Tay Ninh Literature and Arts Association, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Festival Steering Committee; Artists of the Jury and a large number of artists and photographers from 8 provinces in the Southeast region ( Ba Ria - Vung Tau , Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Binh Thuan, Dong Nai, Lam Dong, Ninh Thuan and Tay Ninh).
After 3 months of launching the Photo Festival with the theme "Country - People of the East on the path of integration and development", the Organizing Committee received 1,494 works, including 1,373 single photos, 121 photo sets of 200 authors in 8 provinces of the Southeast:
The work "Future Light" won the gold medal.

As a result, in the single photo category, the work “Future Light” by author Nguyen Kim Hoan (Ninh Thuan) excellently won the gold medal; the work “Dai Le Hoi Yen Dieu Tri Cung - Cultural beauty of Cao Dai religion” by Le Tan Phat (Tay Ninh) won the silver medal; the works “Kite surfing” by To Cong Vinh (Ninh Thuan), “Come back in the morning sun” by Nguyen Van Quang (Ninh Thuan), “SOS against storms and floods” by Tran Duy Tinh ( Binh Duong ) all won bronze medals.
Ms. Dang Thi Phuong - President of Tay Ninh Literature and Arts Association presented the flag to host the 32nd Southeast Regional Art Photography Festival in 2025 to the representative of Ninh Thuan province.
In the photo series category, the work “Overhaul of Unit S2 - Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant” by Dang Hong Long (Binh Thuan) won a silver medal; the work “Traditional Craft Village in Tay Ninh” by Nguyen Huynh Dong (Tay Ninh) won a bronze medal.
The team prize was awarded to Ninh Thuan and Tay Ninh provinces.
The results of the marathon photo contest with the theme “Colorful Tay Ninh”, the work “Bustling Young City” by Dinh Le Thai Huy (Ninh Thuan) won First Prize; “The Joy of Children” by Nguyen Cao Quy (Dong Nai) and “Nurturing Future” by Nguyen Van Quang (Ninh Thuan) both won Second Prize; “Gom Day Luoi” by Nguyen Cao Dung (Dong Nai), “The Roof of the South” by Ha Quoc Chien (Binh Duong) and “Cham Giac Mau Nui Ba” by To Cong Vinh (Ninh Thuan) both won Third Prize.

At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded the flag to host the 32nd Southeast Regional Art Photography Festival in 2025 to Ninh Thuan province, and at the same time performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the exhibition of award-winning works of the 31st Southeast Regional Art Photography Festival in 2024.
The exhibition lasts until August 29, at the Tay Ninh Province Youth Learning and Activity Center.
