To avoid a repeat of last year's severe holiday supply shortages for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, Apple is reportedly starting production of iPhone 15 components earlier than expected.

According to IT Home , Apple's supply chain partners are preparing for the production of iPhone 15 components. The first product shipments will be ready in July 2023.
Foxconn, Pegatron and Luxshare are the three main units responsible for assembling the iPhone 15 generation. Of which, Foxconn accounts for about 60% of the total orders from Apple.
Apple is quite confident in the upcoming iPhone 15 product line. The company also expects to bring to market about 89 million devices this year, significantly higher than the two generations of iPhone 13 and iPhone 14.
The iPhone 15 will be launched in 4 versions, including the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max duo are said to have some design changes, with the frame made of titanium.
