A series of projects in Da Nang are awaiting investors.

Da Nang is calling for investment in a Science, Technology and Innovation Center Project, which will be ranked nationally and regionally in the fields of high-tech industry, precision mechanics, and automation, in Nui Thanh commune.

The Da Nang City People's Committee has recently called for investment in several projects across various sectors. The first is the project for a Science, Technology, and Innovation Center, ranked nationally and regionally in the fields of high-tech industry, precision mechanics, and automation, located in Nui Thanh commune.

Accordingly, Da Nang aims to attract business resources into science, technology, innovation, precision engineering, and automation, with investment scales tailored to needs. Investors will coordinate with the local authorities to review the current land status and utilize their own capital during implementation.

The Science, Technology and Innovation Center is located in Nui Thanh commune, within the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone. It is planned to be a hub for research, application, and development of high technology, closely linked to the automotive, port logistics, and international airport industrial ecosystems.

The center's development orientation is to become a national-scale center for the application of scientific advancements and technology transfer. The center focuses on supporting businesses in innovation, smart manufacturing, high-tech agriculture, and logistics…

Secondly, there is the Submarine Fiber Optic Cable Project landing on the coast of Da Nang (in Son Tra ward). The investment objective is to create a capacity of 60-100 Tbps, owned by Vietnam, directly connecting to a regional data center (Digital Hub), using capital from investors.

Next is the regional-scale data center project in Thang Binh commune. The investment objective is to build an 80 MW, 40,000 m2, uptime TIER 3 regional data center for Asia. The project site already has available land.
