This year's admission season, Hanoi University of Pharmacy announced admission by combining high school transcripts with SAT certificates (method 2A); considering high school transcripts for specialized students (method 2B).

With method 2A, the formula for calculating admission scores is as follows: Admission score = Total achieved score + Converted priority score

In which, total score achieved = SAT score * 27/1600 + (GPA of subject 1 + GPA of subject 2 + GPA of subject 3) / 10. SAT score requirement is from 1400/1600 or higher for Pharmacy; 1350 for other majors.

With method 2B, the formula for calculating admission scores is as follows: Average score of subject 1 + Average score of subject 2 + Average score of subject 3 + Encouragement points (if any) + Converted priority points (if any).

GPA is the average of the total scores of subjects in the admission combination of each school year (grades 10, 11, 12).
