At the conference, the agencies reported on the implementation of tasks in the first 6 months of 2025; combat readiness training; building discipline and discipline management; material and spiritual life of soldiers; results of implementing democracy regulations at the grassroots level. In the spirit of promoting democracy and enhancing the responsibility of officers and soldiers, the Brigade contributed frank opinions in the spirit of building the unit. The opinions focused on contents such as: Democracy in military expertise; democracy in economy and life; management and operation of unit leaders and commanders and difficulties in the implementation of tasks in the past time.

All opinions were satisfactorily answered by the Deputy Political Commissar of the Brigade and the direct agencies, creating high consensus and unity within the unit.

Democracy in the Army is the right of every soldier to be the master in all fields, affirming the equality of every soldier before the obligations, rights and responsibilities towards the Fatherland, the Army and the people, institutionalized by state laws, regulations, charters and rules of the Army. Strictly implementing democracy in the Army will actively contribute to building a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong agency and unit that is "exemplary and typical" in completing assigned tasks well.
