In 2025, Emulation Block No. 3 proactively overcame difficulties, promoted the spirit of patriotic emulation, and excellently completed assigned tasks. Member units focused on building a strong and comprehensive unit, effectively implementing "One concentration, two breakthroughs" in the spirit of the 2025 resolution. In particular, flight training was improved with many complex subjects; strictly maintained combat readiness; excellently completed the mission of reconnaissance and patrol flights, flights carrying working delegations to Truong Sa island, DK platform and rescue missions, especially the celebratory flight mission during the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification and the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2.

During the year, the Bloc's commendation work was conducted publicly, democratically, and promptly, with the following results: 1 collective was awarded the First Class Fatherland Protection Medal (Division 370), 1 collective was awarded the Second Class Fatherland Protection Medal (Division 372), 2 collectives were awarded the Third Class Fatherland Protection Medal (Regiment 916, Regiment 923), 3 individuals were awarded the Third Class Fatherland Protection Medal, and thousands of individuals were commended at all levels.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Nhu Khoat, Political Commissar of Division 371, Head of Emulation Bloc No. 3 emphasized: In 2026, with many important political events such as the 14th National Party Congress, the 80th anniversary of the first General Election, the Emulation Bloc needs to continue to promote propaganda and education work, strengthen the leadership role of Party committees at all levels, synchronously deploy emulation movements, focusing on successfully implementing political tasks.

With the spirit of democracy and solidarity, the conference evaluated, scored the emulation, voted for the emulation titles in 2025 and introduced and handed over the Head and Deputy Head of the Emulation Block in 2026.
