In 2025, the Center trained 371 students in 12 technical majors. After 5 months, the training course completed 100% of the program content; all departments and test items met the requirements, of which 84.1% were good and excellent in regulations; 80.8% were good and excellent in physical strength; 76% were good and excellent in majors; 91.9% were good and excellent in logistics and engineering; 87% were good and excellent in politics .

At the end of the course, 100% of students have a solid grasp of political, military , logistics, and technical knowledge; and can use and preserve technical weapons and equipment well. Graduation results show that 100% of students meet the requirements, with more than 70% being good and excellent; over 21% being excellent (nearly 30% being excellent in their major). Graduates are competent enough to meet the tasks at their units.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Son praised the training results of the Center, asked the unit to continue promoting its achievements, improving training quality; at the same time, encouraged trainees to develop their knowledge, practice their bravery, and complete their tasks well.

On the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20), the Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Naval Region 2 sent congratulations and gratitude to the staff and teachers of the Center.

On this occasion, the Center awarded decisions to promote 78 excellent students to the rank of sergeant and awarded certificates of merit to 13 non-commissioned officers with outstanding achievements in the course.
