In 2025, the Naval Region 3 Command assigned the Technical and Professional Training Center to receive and train 245 students in the following majors: Maritime, ship artillery, shore missiles, shore radar; ship engines, ship electricity and reporting.

Colonel Vu Dinh Hien, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Naval Region 3, gave a directive speech.

To successfully complete the training task, the Party Committee and the command of the Center for Technical and Vocational Training have focused on preparing facilities, developing plans, content, programs, and training teachers and teaching assistants.

During more than 5 months of training, the unit strictly maintained discipline and training regime; closely combined technical training and political and ideological education; effectively promoted the model of "Exemplary teachers, diligent students"; focused on practical training, the use of weapons and equipment, and increased practical training on ships.

At the end of the training course, 100% of students will have basic knowledge of staff work, politics, logistics, and engineering; and know how to use, operate, and preserve weapons and technical equipment.

The graduation exam results were 100% satisfactory, with 85.7% being good or excellent, of which 24.2% were excellent (the journalism major will hold the graduation exam in December 2025).

In his closing speech, Colonel Vu Dinh Hien acknowledged and commended the achievements and results of the staff, teachers, teaching assistants and students of the Center for Technical and Vocational Training in the past course.

The Deputy Commander of Naval Region 3 requested the trainees to promote the knowledge they have been equipped with, continue to actively self-study, practice to improve their qualifications, political qualities, moral qualities, technical expertise, use and master all types of technical equipment in the establishment, and be ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks.

For the Center for Technical and Vocational Training, the organization draws on experience, seriously evaluates what has been done, what still exists and what is lacking in the previous training course; quickly prepares well to perform well the training tasks for the next course.
