During the 2022-2025 period, the Youth Union and youth movement in Naval Region 2 implemented many diverse and effective activities, fostering the pioneering and creative spirit of young people. Youth Union organizations extensively implemented revolutionary action movements linked to studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh ; and promoted the role of union members in fulfilling political tasks, training, and combat readiness.

Many exemplary models have been maintained and replicated, such as: "Strong Youth Union Branches, Proactive Grassroots Youth Unions", "Youth of Naval Region 2: Pioneering, Creative, Mastering Technology, Leading in Digital Transformation", " Scientific Research Club", "Victory Ship Youth Union Branch"... The entire Region has many projects, initiatives, and technical improvements that have been effectively applied, winning 4 A prizes, 3 B prizes, 2 C prizes, and 2 consolation prizes of the "Nguyen Phan Vinh" Award; 1 second prize and 3 consolation prizes of the All-Army Youth Innovation Award.

Outstanding collectives and individuals were commended by the Naval Region 2.

Emphasis was placed on commendation and reward: 1 youth organization was awarded a flag by the General Political Department; 83 collectives and 219 individuals received commendations from the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Ministry of National Defense, the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army, and the Central Youth Union; 1 individual was awarded the title "Outstanding Young Face of the Entire Army", and 1 was recognized as a national exemplary figure in studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Le Hong Quang acknowledged and praised the achievements of the youth of Region 2, and at the same time requested the youth organizations to continue innovating the content and methods of their activities, promoting their pioneering role, building strong youth organizations, building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern Region 2, a clean and strong Party Committee of the Region, and a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and outstanding," firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland's sea and islands.

On this occasion, the Naval Region 2 awarded commendations to 3 collectives and 7 individuals for their outstanding achievements in youth union work and youth movements during the 2022-2025 period.
