In the period of 2022-2025, the Youth Union and Youth Movement of Naval Region 2 will deploy many rich and effective contents and forms of activities, arousing the spirit of initiative and creativity of young people. Youth Union organizations have widely deployed revolutionary action movements associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; promoting the role of union members in performing political tasks, training and combat readiness.

Many typical models have been maintained and replicated such as: "Strong Youth Union, Proactive Youth Union 3", "Youth of Naval Region 2 is proactive, creative, masters technology, pioneers in digital transformation", " Scientific Research Club", "Victory Ship Youth Union"... The whole Region has many topics, initiatives, and technical innovations that have been effectively applied, winning 4 A prizes, 3 B prizes, 2 C prizes, 2 consolation prizes of the "Nguyen Phan Vinh" Award; 1 second prize and 3 consolation prizes of the Army's Creative Youth Award.

Collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements were rewarded by Navy Region 2.

The work of commendation and reward was focused on: 1 youth organization was awarded the Flag by the General Department of Politics; 83 collectives and 219 individuals were awarded by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, and the Central Youth Union; 1 individual was awarded the title "Outstanding Young Face of the Army", 1 national model in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Le Hong Quang acknowledged and commended the achievements of the youth of Region 2, and at the same time requested the youth organizations to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, promote the vanguard role, build a strong youth organization, build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern Region 2, a clean and strong Party Committee of the Region, a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and typical", firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

On this occasion, Naval Region 2 commended 3 collectives and 7 individuals with outstanding achievements in youth union work and movements in the 2022-2025 period.
