After the flood, the road to Cha Nga village, My Ly commune (Nghe An) was eroded and completely collapsed into the riverbed. The entire village has been isolated for 3 days. By noon today, July 25, after 2 days of wading through streams and following the landslide slopes, the commune's "4 on-site" force reached Cha Nga village and confirmed that 36/93 houses of the people were swept away by the flood...

The leader of the People's Committee of My Ly commune said that after the flood on the night of July 22, roads and bridges were severely damaged, leading to many villages being cut off and isolated, including Cha Nga village.
