Luc Yen strives to establish 60 new enterprises, cooperatives and cooperative groups.

Accordingly, in 2025, Luc Yen district strives to establish 25 new enterprises, 10 cooperatives and 35 cooperative groups. To achieve this goal, Luc Yen district focuses on effectively implementing mechanisms and policies to create conditions for enterprises and cooperatives to be newly established and operate effectively.

The district has focused on reforming administrative procedures, strongly improving the investment and business environment, managing and effectively using all resources for the development of economic sectors; supporting enterprises and cooperatives to innovate in applying science and technology, prioritizing the application of high technology and advanced technology in production.

Periodically organize meetings with enterprises and cooperatives, regularly dialogue with enterprises to promptly grasp and remove difficulties, create favorable conditions for attracting investment and developing enterprises and cooperatives in the area.

In the first quarter of 2025, Luc Yen district has newly established 5 enterprises, 2 cooperatives and 59 individual business households, with a total registered capital of 27.89 billion VND. Of which, the registered capital of enterprises is 17.5 billion VND, cooperatives is 3 billion VND and individual business households is 7.39 billion VND. Yen Bai province has also issued an investment policy decision for the White Marble and Natural Stone Processing Factory Project to Thanh Son Stone Cladding Solutions Joint Stock Company in Luc Yen district, with a total investment capital of 50 billion VND.

It is known that in 2024, Luc Yen district had 25 newly established enterprises, with a total registered capital of more than 95 billion VND. Of which, there are 16 single-member LLCs with a charter capital of 35 billion VND, 9 joint-stock companies with a charter capital of 60 billion VND. There are 10 cooperatives and 35 cooperative groups newly registered, reaching 100% of the assigned plan. Bringing the total number of enterprises, cooperatives and over 3,500 business households in the district, including 60 joint-stock companies, 148 single-member LLCs, 6 private enterprises and 87 cooperatives.

Through assessment, enterprises and cooperatives are basically operating stably, promoting production and business, creating jobs for workers, contributing to local economic development and generating revenue for the State budget. In 2024, the State budget balance in the district will reach 261 billion VND, of which about 72% is from production and business activities of enterprises and cooperatives and 28% is from households and individuals.
