Also according to the Quang Tri Provincial Civil Defense Command, at 4:00 p.m. on September 28, the center of storm No. 10 was at about 17.4 degrees North latitude; 107.7 degrees East longitude, about 120km east of North Quang Tri. Strongest wind: Level 12 (118-133km/h), gusting to level 15. In the next 3 hours, the storm will move in the West Northwest direction, at a speed of about 20-25km/h. This is a very fast moving storm (nearly twice the average speed of storms), with strong storm intensity and a wide area of ​​influence, which can cause combined effects of many types of natural disasters such as strong winds, heavy rain, floods, flash floods, landslides and coastal flooding. In the past 24 hours, there has been heavy to very heavy rain in Quang Tri province.
