On the occasion of the Month of Action for Children and Vietnamese Family Day June 28, from June 13 to 15, 2025, Emulation Group No. 6, Women's Union of People's Police Academies and Schools, coordinated with the Women's Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Police, organized a visit and presented many meaningful gifts to students of Nam Nhu Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Nam Po District, Dien Bien Province.
Colonel Dong Thi Hong Nhung, Vice Principal of People's Police College I - Head of the working delegation, said that the program aims to contribute to encouraging teachers and promoting the spirit of learning and overcoming difficulties of students in mountainous areas and ethnic minority areas of Dien Bien province.
Emulation cluster No. 6, Women's Association of People's Police Academy and School awarded 20 scholarships to students who overcame difficulties to study well.
During the working trip, Emulation Group No. 6, Women's Union of People's Police Academy and School presented Nam Nhu Primary and Secondary Boarding School with a clean water facility, a RO water filtration system with a capacity of 250l/hour; 800 books, children's stories, some necessary items and 20 scholarships for poor students overcoming difficulties, with a total value of 95 million VND.
This activity is within the framework of the two projects "Clean Water for Children" and "Spreading the book series Sowing Seeds with Great Men" - two of many projects and tasks of Emulation Group No. 6, Women's Union of the People's Police Academy. The project has been implemented and maintained for many years, with the goal of bringing practical physical and mental values to children in mountainous areas and ethnic minority areas.
