Specialized maritime reconnaissance aircraft prepare for the 80th National Day parade

The Navy said on July 11 that in Khanh Hoa , a Navy working delegation led by Vice Admiral Tran Thanh Nghiem, Commander of the Navy, inspected the 954th Naval Air Brigade on July 10.

The Commander of Brigade 954 reported on the results of the implementation of tasks in the first 6 months of 2025 and the training work to master modern technical equipment; the Brigade's preparations to participate in the sea parade on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

Reporting to the working group, the commander of Brigade 954 said that the unit is actively implementing flight training contents to serve the parade at sea on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. Along with the task of combat readiness, the Brigade has been promoting training to master modern technical equipment, especially specialized aircraft serving combat and reconnaissance missions at sea.

Vice Admiral Tran Thanh Nghiem praised Brigade 954 for its efforts to overcome difficulties to train and master modern technical equipment and maintain good aircraft technical coefficients to serve the missions of the Service.

The Navy Commander requested Brigade 954 to continue to do a good job in training, educating and fostering pilots to master the types of aircraft equipped in the unit; strictly maintain the management of troops to build a strong, comprehensive unit with absolute safety in all aspects.

Regarding the mission of participating in the military parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, the Navy Commander requested Brigade 954 to consider this an important mission and a great honor for the officers and soldiers. The Brigade needs to continue to do well in all preparations and flight training to ensure safety, contributing to the overall success of the parade.
