Meo Vac: Deploying instructions for implementing Digital Student Report Cards

Implementing Plan No. 77/KH-SGDĐT dated March 26, 2025 of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Giang province on implementing Digital Student Reports, school year 2024-2025; on the afternoon of April 28, VNPT Meo Vac district branch coordinated with Ta Lung Commune Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities to organize and guide teachers to implement the Digital Student Report application.

At the conference, representatives of VNPT Group, Meo Vac district branch, discussed and clarified some technical solutions for implementing Digital Student Records; at the same time, provided specific instructions on contents such as: creating, updating digital student records, managing and storing digital student records; using digital student records (looking up information, performing administrative procedures related to digital student records); connecting and exchanging digital student records data with education and training sector databases, national databases, etc.

It is known that in the 2024 - 2025 school year, Ta Lung Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities currently has 9 classes, with 285 students and 22 teachers. The pilot implementation of Digital Transcripts at the secondary level aims to build and perfect the model and process of managing and using Digital Transcripts to meet the requirements of replacing traditional paper Transcripts in performing administrative procedures using Transcripts as a basis for implementing unified Digital Transcripts nationwide./.
