Earlier, at around 10:00 AM on the same day, Mr. HHN (born in 1980), along with his two children, DHCP (born in 2012) and DHP (born in 2015), all residing in Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi City, went swimming at the beach area of Thai Lai village, Vinh Hoang commune.
At approximately 10:20 AM, DHP was swept away from the shore by the waves. Upon noticing this, HHN swam out to rescue her and pushed her back to shore. Immediately after receiving the information, the authorities quickly arrived at the scene, mobilizing vehicles and personnel to search for the victim at sea and along the coastline.
As of 4 PM that day, Mr. HHN had still not been found.

The Vinh Hoang commune government advises residents and tourists to be vigilant when swimming in the sea, especially in areas without lifeguards on duty…
