MU reached an agreement to sell Jadon Sancho

Jadon Sancho is close to joining Juventus, after MU agreed a transfer fee of 25 million euros from the Turin team.

Sancho will join Juventus this summer.

According to Italian media, the 24-year-old player has reached basic personal agreements with Juventus and the deal is progressing rapidly after the nod from the "Red Devils".

Previously, Sancho also received attention from Fenerbahce but for many reasons, the deal to Turkey fell through. According to Goal , Sancho is eager to find a new challenge in Serie A after an unsuccessful time in the Premier League.

MU spent up to 85 million euros to recruit Sancho from Dortmund in 2021. Now, with only 1 year left on his contract, the "Red Devils" are forced to sell early to avoid losing him for free next summer, and the price of 25 million euros is considered reasonable in the current context.

Juventus sporting director Damien Comolli is said to have received positive signals from Sancho. The deal is expected to be finalised next week, when Comolli returns to Europe to complete the formalities.

If all goes well, Sancho will officially debut for Juventus next week. This is considered a chance for the English midfielder to start over after tumultuous years at Old Trafford, and an important preparation step for the journey towards the 2026 World Cup.

Last season, Sancho played for Chelsea on loan and somewhat regained his form. He played 42 times in all competitions, scored 5 goals and had 10 assists. They agreed to pay a £5 million fine to avoid triggering the buyout clause, because they could not meet Sancho's salary demands.
