MU to sell more than half of squad

The summer is passing rather quietly at Old Trafford despite the team actively looking for new clubs for players who are no longer in coach Ruben Amorim's plans.

Athletic say Amorim is planning to sell more than half his squad this summer. Players who could leave Old Trafford include Alejandro Garnacho, Marcus Rashford, Antony, Manuel Ugarte, André Onana, Luke Shaw, Mason Mount and Rasmus Hojlund.

However, up to now, this group has not received any offers convincing enough for MU. Some players like Hojlund have refused to leave and want to stay until the end of their contracts.

In mid-July, many MU fans began to feel worried about their team. Last season's squad was almost unchanged. Only one new player had arrived, Matheus Cunha, while players who were considered unsuitable were still unable to leave. Disappointment was covering Old Trafford.
