Reselling clothes benefits both sellers and buyers, a sentiment shared by many participants. Nguyen Thi Dinh, a new member of the "Pass Clothes Hai Duong" group from Binh Loc Street, Tan Binh Ward (Hai Duong City), shared that she previously bought a lot of clothes, some of which were unused. Recently, due to being busy with her young child and lacking time to dress up and go out, she realized the clothes would become outdated and unfashionable. Therefore, she posted some clothes with tags still attached on the "Pass Clothes Hai Duong" group. "A few people messaged me asking to buy them, and I managed to sell a few sets. I sold them for only half the original price, but I'm quite satisfied because the clothes weren't wasted," Ms. Dinh said.
The participants in the resale group are quite diverse, including not only working people but also students, factory workers, and others. The items sold also include a wide variety such as clothing, shoes, and cosmetics. Some items are used, worn only once or twice, while others still have their original tags. Besides reselling within the group, some people also post on their personal Facebook accounts. Tran Trang, a student from Yet Kieu commune (Gia Loc district), shared: “I bought several pairs of shoes, but the soles are too high, not suitable for a student. I rarely go out, so it would be a waste not to use them, which is why I’m reselling them for only half the price I paid. I will use this money to buy more suitable shoes.”

According to Ms. Thanh Ngoc from Viet Hoa Street (Hai Duong City), if you take the time to search, you can find beautiful, new items at reasonable prices. “I enjoy traveling and taking photos to post on Facebook. Because I want to refresh my photos, I rarely reuse old items. Buying new ones is quite expensive, so I usually buy items that I only use once or twice. After using them, I sell them to others to buy new ones. I find this buying and selling process quite convenient,” Ms. Ngoc said.
Caution is also needed.

Just like buying and selling goods online, reselling items carries many risks, so buyers need to know a few tips to avoid losing money and getting ripped off. Acting as someone wanting to buy something online, I contacted an NHP account and asked for their address to see the item in person. They refused, and instead asked for my address, saying they would bring the item. After I shared my location, they refused, saying it was too far and they couldn't bring the item.
There are cases where transactions are conducted using the method of transferring money first and receiving goods later, leading to situations where the goods are unsatisfactory but cannot be exchanged. In the "Pass Hai Duong Goods" group, some accounts shared that they had transferred money but did not receive the goods, and when they tried to contact them back, they were unable to reach them.

People shouldn't overspend; only buy what you truly need. It's best to go to the store to inspect the goods to avoid any unfortunate incidents. For those living far away, it's important to have clear agreements with the seller, the most important of which is to be able to inspect and test the goods upon receipt; only accept them if satisfied, otherwise return them.
