Na Hang district currently has 12 ethnic groups, each with its own customs, practices and cultural identities. Accordingly, Na Hang always focuses on preserving, conserving and promoting the traditional cultural identities of ethnic minorities in the area. The district has developed a plan to restore traditional brocade weaving villages, especially villages and communes with weaving skills such as Da Vi, Thuong Nong, Yen Hoa, Hong Thai, etc.

Brocade weaving training classes are held in communes to create souvenirs from local traditional brocade. At the same time, the district actively preserves traditional dishes and specialties of ethnic minorities in the area.

In communes with community cultural tourism villages such as Hong Thai, Thanh Tuong, Nang Kha, the Management Boards of these villages have built clubs and ethnic art teams to regularly practice folk art performances such as Pao Dung singing and dancing of the Dao people; Then and Coi singing of the Tay people; and Khen dancing of the Mong people.

Localities recreate traditional rituals of ethnic minorities (coming of age ceremony, fire dancing festival, etc.), and folk games of the ethnic minorities (catching fish with bare hands, playing Pao, throwing con, etc.). In addition, visitors to Na Hang also have the opportunity to experience the brocade weaving of the Dao and Tay people.
