Nam Dinh: Expelled from the Party the Commune Chairman had an improper relationship with his subordinate.

On August 24, comrade Hoang Trong Nghia - Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Hung district ( Nam Dinh ) said that the district government is carrying out disciplinary procedures against Mr. Bui Van Dat - Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Binh commune due to improper relations with subordinates.

Mr. Bui Van Dat - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Binh commune was accused by Ms. NTĐ. (74 years old, residing in Thien Binh village, Nghia Binh commune, Nghia Hung district, Nam Dinh province) for having an improper relationship with her daughter-in-law, Ms. LTT - a civil servant of the commune's Office - Statistics.

According to the complaint, although Mr. Dat already had a wife and children, he still had an affair with Ms. T. for a long time.

Ms. D. and her son have repeatedly advised Ms. T. to return to her family but to no avail.

Mr. Dat and Ms. T. were caught red-handed by Ms. D.'s family having an illicit relationship at a motel in Nghia Thai commune, Nghia Hung district. The Nghia Thai commune police made a record of the incident as an administrative violation.

Based on the report on the results of handling the denunciation of the Inspection Committee of Nghia Hung District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee met with 100% of votes unanimously agreeing to discipline by expelling Mr. Bui Van Dat and Ms. LTT from the Party.

The expulsion decision has been signed and issued.

Comrade Sai Hong Thanh - Secretary of Nghia Hung District Party Committee said that based on the Party's regulations stipulating 19 things that Party members are not allowed to do, the disciplinary action taken by the District Party Committee against the two violating Party members is appropriate and sufficiently deterrent. The Party disciplinary decision has been announced and transferred to the District People's Committee to take the next steps in administrative handling.

Currently, the People's Committee of Nghia Hung district has issued a decision to suspend Mr. Bui Van Dat and Ms. LTT from their positions and work; and arrange for staff to manage the work of the People's Committee of Nghia Binh commune.

According to the procedure, the District People's Council will convene a meeting and unanimously dismiss Mr. Bui Van Dat before the district government issues a disciplinary decision against Mr. Dat.
