Nam Dinh introduces Palestinian player

Nam Dinh continues to strengthen its squad for the new season by signing striker Mahmoud Eid - a Palestinian national team player.

The deal was announced by the team in the South on the morning of July 26. Mahmoud Eid was born in 1993 and plays as a winger. He holds dual Palestinian and Swedish citizenship and has played in many countries such as Sweden, Denmark, Indonesia, Qatar, Bahrain and Thailand. According to the valuation site Transfermarkt, this player currently has a transfer value of 600,000 euros.

In the last three seasons in the Thai League, Mahmoud Eid played for Nongbua and Bangkok United respectively. Before coming to Vietnam, he played for Bangkok United - the team that won the Thai.League 2024/25 runner-up position. With this club, Eid contributed to titles such as the FA Cup and helped the team finish as runner-up in the National Championship 3 times.

With extensive experience and having played in many Asian football leagues, Mahmoud Eid is expected to enhance the quality of Nam Dinh's attack.
