Improve the quality and efficiency of the Hanoi Law University Branch in Dak Lak province.

On the afternoon of March 8, the Hanoi Law University Branch in Dak Lak organized a meeting to celebrate its 5th anniversary (2019-2024). Attending the program were comrade Le Thanh Long, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Minister of Justice and leaders of units under the Ministry.

Comrade Pham Minh Tan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Comrade Nguyen Thien Van, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate the school.

On the Dak Lak side, there were comrades: Pham Minh Tan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Thien Van, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of departments and branches; leaders of Hanoi Law University, leaders of the Branch and departments, faculties and units under the University, and all officials, employees, students and trainees studying at the Branch.

The Hanoi Law University Branch in Dak Lak province was established under Decision No. 310/QD-BGDDT dated February 12, 2019 of the Minister of Education and Training . After 5 years of establishment and development, the Branch has enrolled and trained 5 regular university courses, 2 part-time university bridging classes, 2 part-time university degree 1 classes, 4 part-time university degree 2 classes and 6 graduate classes. The total number of students at the Branch is 1,101 students.

To date, the Branch has had 188 graduates, including 53 full-time undergraduate students from the first course of the Branch who were awarded a bachelor of law degree from Hanoi Law University. Scientific research at the Branch is focused on with many scientific seminars organized, articles published in international journals and many articles published in domestic scientific journals.

Speaking at the program, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van affirmed that the training and improvement of the quality of human resources training for legal work of the Hanoi Law University Branch in Dak Lak plays an important role and significance, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, administrative, legal and judicial reform for Dak Lak province and the Central Highlands and South Central Coast regions. The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and sectors of the province will always pay attention and create all favorable conditions to accompany the Branch in the process of performing its tasks, contributing to building Hanoi Law University into a key school for training legal staff in conjunction with the national strategic task of training human resources for disadvantaged areas that need priority investment. Including the Central Highlands region - an area with an important strategic position in terms of socio-economics, national defense and security of the country.

Minister of Justice Le Thanh Long commended, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts, striving and achievements of the collective of teachers, lecturers, students and pupils of the Branch in particular and Hanoi Law University in general.

To continue to improve the effectiveness of the organization and operation of the Branch in the coming time, the Minister requested the Leaders of Hanoi Law University and the Branch Leaders to continue to closely follow and fully implement the tasks and solutions to build the School into a key school for training legal officials according to Decision 1156/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister and Resolution No. 54-NQ/BCS of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice; promote scientific research activities, serve the community in association with the strengths of the School and the Branch; pay attention to creating all favorable conditions for students to study, live and practice; focus on attracting, developing, exploiting resources, facilities, digital transformation at the Branch; closely link the activities of the School with the activities of state agencies, organizations and units in the locality, especially Dak Lak province in performing the tasks of the School and important political tasks of the locality...

On this occasion, the Minister of Justice awarded Certificates of Merit to 1 collective and 20 individuals who have contributed to the 5-year process of building and developing the Hanoi Law University Branch in Dak Lak province. The Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee awarded a Certificate of Merit to the Branch for its many achievements in contributing to the training of human resources in Dak Lak province on the occasion of its 5th anniversary.
