However, in the context of international economic integration, private production facilities and enterprises are facing many difficulties and challenges. In particular, the issue of human resources and high-quality labor has emerged as a difficult problem for many enterprises.
Mr. Nguyen Van Chung - Director of Chung Thao Co., Ltd., Yen Lang Commune said: With many preferential policies such as fuel allowance, diligence, lunch allowance, etc., in recent years, the labor situation at the enterprise has been quite stable. However, it is still inevitable that the labor force "stands on this mountain and looks at that mountain" so there is still the case of "job hopping", causing labor shortages for a certain period of time.

However, in reality, the Company is also suffering from a "brain drain", because after recruiting and training, many workers move to work in other units and businesses. This is unhealthy competition of some businesses, they offer many preferential policies in a short time to attract workers. Therefore, in addition to the preferential policies, in the past time, the Company was forced to balance and increase salaries for many highly skilled workers to retain them.
Talking to us about the issue of human resources, Mr. Phung Anh Tuan - Head of the Job Introduction Consulting Department, Vinh Phuc Employment Service Center said: The situation of fluctuations and labor shortages, especially labor in private units and enterprises is not new, because the psychology of workers often wants to work in large companies, with good income, stable life; enjoy many social welfare regimes that private enterprises have not yet implemented. On the other hand, due to the lack of labor, there is unhealthy competition between enterprises; some enterprises offer salaries, bonuses and many preferential regimes to attract skilled workers from other enterprises to their units. Or simply according to the psychology of workers, the new job will be more satisfactory, with conditions to learn, improve skills or promotion opportunities.
According to Mr. Tuan, to attract and retain employees, businesses should have good treatment policies, creating motivation for employees to work such as: reasonable salary, bonus, and benefits to create long-term attachment of employees to the business; create a dynamic and friendly working environment, promote and reward excellent employees; organize periodic tours, sports , cultural and artistic movements, create conditions for employees to exchange, learn, and regenerate their labor force; create healthy competition right from each position and job so that employees can maximize their own capacity...
To improve the quality of human resources to meet the needs and recruitment requirements of enterprises, recently, the Provincial People's Committee has directed the Department of Home Affairs to regularly conduct surveys to assess the employment needs of workers and the recruitment needs of enterprises in the area. From there, promote the work of directing, propagating, training, and career orientation in accordance with the capacity, qualifications, conditions and capabilities of workers. Direct vocational training institutions to coordinate with enterprises to develop plans, organize, train, and bring students to visit and practice to improve skills and training quality... At the same time, closely coordinate with localities and job introduction centers to support enterprises in recruiting workers.
It can be affirmed that abundant and high-quality labor resources are one of the important factors contributing to increasing investment attraction and creating success for businesses investing in Phu Tho.
