
During the 2 days (October 26-27), trainees will be trained on specialized topics in criminal handling in the forestry sector. Specifically, the procedures and skills for receiving and handling denunciations and reports of crimes in the forestry sector; issues of crime scene investigation; skills for taking statements from violators and related individuals and organizations. At the same time, trainees will participate in discussions on difficulties, obstacles, problems and limitations in the process of performing tasks, especially in handling criminal cases.
In addition, the training course also informed the trainees about the new points and basic contents of Circular 26/2022/TT-BNNPTNT regulating the management and traceability of forest products. It focused on clarifying regulations on how to measure the size and determine the volume of forest products; making a list of forest products; regulations on marking specimens; checking and tracing the origin of forest products...
The training course aims to improve the knowledge, professional qualifications and skills of leaders and forest rangers at the units on the order and procedures for handling violations, especially handling criminal cases in the forestry sector. From there, apply the knowledge, skills and skills learned into practical work.
