Many attractive and diverse activities at the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of National Day

The exhibition of socio-economic achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day will be held at the Co Loa National Exhibition Center, Dong Anh, Hanoi from August 28 to September 5, 2025.

According to the Plan, within the framework of the Exhibition, there will be art performances; display and exhibition spaces of 34 provinces and cities, central agencies, enterprises, economic groups, international groups; fairs, food, tourism, handicraft booths; bilateral contact activities, conferences, and seminars.

The opening ceremony is scheduled to take place at 9am on August 28 at the North Yard of the National Exhibition Center, with a rehearsal on August 26. The closing ceremony will take place at 8pm on September 5 at the same location, including awards for outstanding collectives and individuals and the “80 Years - Road of Glory” art gala, with a rehearsal on the evening of September 4. The programs will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam . In addition to the main activities, many art, sports, forums, and seminars will take place before, during, and after the Exhibition.

Dien Bien province participated in the exhibition at the exhibition space "Rich province, strong country" with the content showing the beauty of nature, culture, and unique, rich-in-identity people of Dien Bien; heroic historical imprints, notably the Dien Bien Phu campaign "famous in five continents, shaking the world"; achievements in socio-economic development in 80 years accompanying the country in the form of a linear timeline; vision, aspirations for development until 2030. Besides, participating in activities such as: 3-region culinary space "Green Cuisine Train"; Performing art programs, traditional crafts, experiential activities at the exhibition booth.

The exhibition of socio-economic achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day is a large-scale activity of special significance to honor outstanding achievements in the country's development through the periods; affirm the leadership role of the Party, the management of the State, the consensus, creativity and efforts of the entire nation in the cause of national construction and development.
