Hai Phong - On the morning of August 15, at the City Theater Square, a military and cavalry parade took place to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2.

On the morning of August 15, Hai Phong City Police coordinated with the Mobile Police Command and the Department of Political Work to organize a military band and cavalry parade through the city's central streets. This is an activity to celebrate the success of the 1st Congress of the City Police Party Committee (term 2025-2030), towards the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and the City Party Congress term 2025-2030.

Due to heavy rain, at exactly 8:30 a.m. on August 15 (1 hour later than planned), from the City Theater Square, the majestic trumpet and drum sounds of 65 officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security Band resounded, opening the special parade, coordinated with 80 cavalry officers and soldiers and 40 war horses... The program aims to praise, honor and educate the glorious tradition of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force through 80 years of building, fighting and growing; arouse honor and pride, and motivate officers and soldiers of Hai Phong Public Security to strive to study, practice, uphold the spirit of "Serving the People", and excellently complete assigned tasks.

After the technical performance, the parade passed through the main streets: Tran Hung Dao - Quang Trung - behind the Exhibition House - Nguyen Duc Canh - Tran Phu - Tran Binh Trong - Tran Hung Dao - Theater Square. A large number of city residents poured into the streets to cheer for the parade. It is known that at 8:00 p.m. the same day, the City Theater Square will host a contemporary music and dance program performed by the People's Police Theater, gathering more than 60 professional artists and actors.
