Linh was born in 2018, has congenital cerebral palsy, cannot walk, and her family is in extremely difficult circumstances. Her twin sister, Duong Khanh Linh, also has congenital cerebral palsy, is in poor health, and is often hospitalized. The wheelchair was given to help Linh move around and do daily activities more conveniently. On this occasion, Hong Chau ward also presented a gift worth 1 million VND to encourage her family.
