Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism approves Communication Plan on cultural industry, copyright and related rights
Create changes, improve effectiveness and efficiency in management and law enforcement activities on copyright and related rights; promote cultural and artistic creativity, create more valuable creative and scientific works to serve the public.
Promote quality propaganda, dissemination and communication, attract the attention of the business community and people domestically and internationally to the fields of culture, arts, copyright, related rights and cultural and entertainment industries that are making significant contributions to Vietnam's economy .
The plan includes Policy Communication and Thematic Communication (Film, Music, Crafts, Fashion , Software and Entertainment).
Products published on traditional media channels such as radio, television, print and electronic newspapers include: news and articles reflecting current events on policy development and implementation in the field of cultural industries and copyright. Special topics, reports, interviews with typical figures, businesses and artists in creative activities, production and protection of intellectual property rights. Seminars and short documentaries on achievements, challenges and development orientations of the cultural industry in Vietnam.
Products posted on multimedia digital media platforms such as digital channels such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram: Video clips combine visual images and vivid sounds. Articles, infographics, podcasts and talk shows provide in-depth information on cultural industry policies, copyrights, and modern creative trends. Livestreams and online discussions with the participation of experts, artists, and creative businesses, increasing interaction with the public.
The Plan requires that communication information must closely follow the orientation and objectives of the Plan; fully and accurately reflect policies, guidelines, and legal regulations related to the development of the cultural industry and the protection of copyright and related rights. Content must be developed to suit each group of beneficiaries, ensuring practicality, ease of understanding, and accessibility, contributing to raising awareness and promoting action in the creative community, businesses, and the public in general.
The form of expression needs to be attractive, lively, modern, using familiar and accessible language, especially for young people. Media products must ensure compliance with Vietnamese customs and laws, while keeping up with modern trends in taste and digital media technology.
At the same time, strengthen the integration of digital technology solutions and multi-platform communication to expand accessibility, improve message transmission efficiency and create positive spillover effects. At the same time, encourage the use of communication data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness and optimize communication activities in real time.
