The Congress elected the first Executive Committee of 15 members and the Standing Committee of 5 members. Ms. Tran Thuy Chi, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Digital Content and Trading Joint Stock Company, was elected as Chairwoman; Mr. Nguyen Viet Hoa, Director of the Center for Physical Education and Sports, Hanoi National University, was elected as Permanent Vice Chairman; Mr. Bui Dinh Loi, Head of the Hanoi Volleyball Department, was elected as Vice Chairman and General Secretary.

"With the honor and responsibility of the President of the Hanoi City Volleyball Federation, I pledge to unite, innovate, and promote collective intelligence with the first Executive Committee to fulfill the important tasks entrusted to me by the Congress," said Ms. Tran Thuy Chi.

The Congress reached a high consensus in approving 3 important strategic orientations for the 2025-2030 term, notably building a roadmap for training young athletes from the grassroots level to the national team; improving the professional quality of the men's and women's teams to be able to compete for high achievements in national and international tournaments, having many elite athletes wear the national team jersey. Strive to have 1 volleyball team win the national volleyball championship in the first term.
