Ia Hiao Commune was established on the basis of merging 3 administrative units: Ia Hiao, Chrôh Pơnan and Ia Peng. During the past term, the implementation of the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress achieved many important results.
Specifically, the economy grew quite well, the total product value increased by an average of over 13%/year, the economic structure shifted in the right direction; socio-economic infrastructure was invested and upgraded; average income per capita increased over the years.
The national target program for new rural construction has changed; up to now, the average number of new rural criteria has reached 80%. Social security policies have been given attention. National defense and security have been maintained. The political system has been consolidated and improved; the contingent of cadres and party members has increased in both quantity and quality...
The Congress set out a number of key targets for the new term, such as: an average product value growth rate of 8.4% per year; total budget revenue in the area by 2030 of 5.9 billion VND per year; reducing the multidimensional poverty rate by 0.55% per year; over 90% of grassroots Party organizations completing their tasks well or better each year...
Along with that, the Congress proposed 5 key tasks and 5 breakthroughs to successfully implement the Resolution. Delegates also contributed many enthusiastic opinions to concretize breakthrough solutions, determined to effectively implement the Congress Resolution, creating momentum for Ia Hiao commune to develop quickly and sustainably in the coming period.

Speaking at the Congress, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Rah Lan Chung requested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Ia Hiao Commune Party Committee should focus on a number of key tasks such as: strengthening solidarity and high unity in leadership and direction, promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members; surveying and building a number of small lakes and dams in the region to proactively provide water for irrigation of agricultural production areas, developing high-tech agriculture, and forming a production-consumption chain.
At the same time, thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Politburo's resolutions on science and technology, private economic development; implement socio-economic development goals associated with ensuring national security and defense. Increase investment levels for planting protective and special-use forests and support effective planting of production forests.
At the same time, innovate education, create changes in the quality of boarding and semi-boarding general education; improve the quality of healthcare; effectively implement sustainable poverty reduction policies; preserve and promote traditional cultural values, including the Yang Drun Ia water worship ceremony. In particular, strengthen national defense and security, consolidate the grassroots political system, promote the role of prestigious people, and maintain the great national unity bloc.
Comrade Rah Lan Chung believes that with the spirit of "Solidarity-Democracy-Responsibility-Innovation-Development", the Party Committee and people of Ia Hiao commune will continue to promote the revolutionary tradition; effectively exploit potentials and advantages; overcome difficulties and challenges, determined to successfully implement the Congress Resolution, and build a commune that develops rapidly and sustainably in the new period.
