On August 15, the Provincial Youth Union - Young Pioneer Council held a conference to review the work of the Youth Union, Young Pioneers and school youth movements in the 2024 - 2025 school year; and deploy the work program for the 2025 - 2026 school year.

The conference was held in person and online at connecting points in communes across the province. Attending the conference were Mr. Vu Khac Quang, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of the Department of Education and Training; teachers in charge of the Youth Union and outstanding students.

During the past school year, the work of the Youth Union and the Young Pioneers in the whole province achieved many positive results, contributing to improving the quality of education, training skills and promoting the spirit of initiative and creativity of young people. The Youth Union of schools organized 39 activities to disseminate and study Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought for 14,782 students. students; commendation 37 Progressive youth follow Uncle Ho's teachings. Organized 30 historical and traditional education activities attracting 62,310 students... Revolutionary action movements such as: "Youth Volunteers", "Youth Shock Troops to Protect the Fatherland" and "Creative Youth" were widely deployed, organizing 147 on-site volunteer activities with 14,487 students participating. During the year, 3,837 new members were admitted; 11,248 students completed the "Youth Training" program. The program accompanies young people in studying, starting a business, practicing skills and improving physical fitness, and the spiritual and cultural life is given attention for development.

The movement "Vietnamese children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings" and major movements and campaigns of the Provincial Youth Union Council were effectively implemented by the Youth Union bases. The Youth Union Council of schools maintained the activities of 656 cultural, artistic, sports clubs and young propaganda teams in schools, with 23,438 children participating. 364 young projects and tasks were implemented, with a budget of over 400 million VND from the "Small Plan" movement; 100% of the Youth Union organized experiential and creative activities with 76,460 children participating.

The Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee awarded certificates of merit to students who achieved the titles of "3 Good Students" and "5 Good Students".

In the 2025-2026 school year, the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee and the Provincial Young Pioneer Council continue to promote movements and activities in the work of the Youth Union, Young Pioneers and school youth movements. Strive for 100% of Youth Union cadres, members and 90% of young people in the school area to participate in studying, thoroughly grasping, propagating and disseminating the Party's resolutions and policies, the State's policies and laws, resolutions, conclusions and policies of the Youth Union; 40 ideas and initiatives of Youth Union members and young people in the school area are supported by the Youth Union to be deployed and realized; 16,000 young people in the school area are consulted, of which 500 young people are introduced to jobs; 100% of the Youth Union organizes thematic activities "A beautiful story, a good book, a shining example every week" to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Party Congress; 100% of the Youth Unions implemented at least one creative experiential model, equipping children with digital skills; the Provincial Youth Union Council organized at least one training activity on skills and expertise for Youth Union commanders...

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee decided to award Certificates of Merit to 8 collectives and 40 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Youth Union work and school youth movements; the Provincial Youth Union Council awarded Certificates of Merit to 28 collectives and 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Youth Union work and children's movements in the 2024 - 2025 school year; awarded the title of "Outstanding Young Teacher" to 3 teachers; 8 students with the title of "3 Good Students"; 10 students with the title of "5 Good Students", 3 students with the title of "3 Training Students" in the 2024 - 2025 school year; awarded the Duc Thanh award to 3 teachers who were Team leaders with outstanding achievements in the 2024 - 2025 school year.
