Jeonju, a cultural heritage city located in the southwest of Korea, is a place where long-standing traditions and culinary quintessence intersect. Especially in autumn, the city is "marinated" with red and yellow leaves and the warm aroma from Bibimbap stalls spreads throughout the ancient village of Jeonju Hanok.

What to eat in Korea in autumn? Jeonju Bibimbap is known as the “soul of Korean cuisine”, consisting of white rice, eggs, beef, seasonal vegetables, Gochujang chili sauce... all meticulously arranged like a work of art.
