The 2025 phase 2 training course for cadres took place over 5 days (from August 2 to 6). During this time, 68 trainees who are cadres of agencies and units in the provincial armed forces were introduced, instructed and agreed on a number of contents on: Staff work, operations; combat training; guarding, building discipline, training discipline; Party work, political work; logistics, engineering, finance.
The training course also focuses on border work; in which, it focuses on general theoretical issues about national territory and borders. In addition, departments, offices and affiliated units will base on the actual situation and results of task implementation to provide additional training on appropriate content for their level.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the training, Colonel Le Anh Vuong, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command affirmed: The training and fostering contents of this time aim to consolidate, supplement and improve knowledge levels, as a basis for unified and effective implementation in the Provincial Military Command, meeting the requirements of performing tasks in the new situation.
On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with good achievements in participating in the 2025 phase 2 cadre training course.
