'Muse' Akari Nakatani will reunite with audiences in Hue

Hue symphony - Ancient capital symphony organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center in coordination with Thua Thien - Hue Provincial Department of Tourism , will take place on 2 nights, October 19 and 20 at Huong River Theater (Hue City).

The program is staged to become a "dialogue" of sounds of a symphony orchestra combined with traditional instruments; including 4 parts: classical music , heroic songs of Binh Tri Thien, Hue folk songs combined with Hue royal court music and songs dedicated to Hue, and finally Hue and Trinh - with famous Vietnamese pop music works.

Hue Royal Court Music Orchestra will perform with symphony orchestra and modern music.

Artists participating in the program: saxophone player Tran Manh Tuan, bamboo flute artist Tran Khanh Tuong, singers Duc Tuan, Ngoc Khue, Dao Mac, Bach Tra, Xuan Dinh KY, DJ Huy Ngo

The music of Hue Symphony - Ancient Capital Symphony was arranged by musician Tran Manh Hung, under the direction of conductor Dustin Tieu with the participation of Orchestra Imagine Philharmonic and Hue Academy of Music.

During the program, the audience also got to admire the unique musical instruments of the Nguyen Dynasty Royal Court Music Orchestra. That was the Bien Chung set and the porcelain violin crafted by artisan and violinist Nguyen Xuan Huy, the first person in Vietnam to successfully craft a porcelain violin and performed before the Emperor of Japan in 2019.

Hue symphony - Ancient capital symphony is produced by Bamboo Artists Agency and Hue Academy of Music, aiming to become a new tourism product, increasing the choice of night entertainment activities in Hue to serve tourists and the public.
