National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has just announced the decision to appoint Ms. Vo Thi Thuy Duong to the position of Deputy General Director and Director of Human Resources Management .
Ms. Vo Thi Thuy Duong was born in 1977, has a master's degree in Economic and International Law - Hanoi Law University. Ms. Duong has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of human resource management with many important positions in large enterprises and prestigious banks.
In particular, as Deputy General Director of Bamboo Airways, Ms. Duong has made positive contributions to the work of building and developing human resources, focusing resources on improving service quality, meeting high customer demands.
Ms. Vo Thi Thuy Duong joined NCB in the context that the bank is implementing transformation steps according to the new strategy for the period 2024-2028 and vision to 2032, aiming for the goal of healthy, safe and transparent development. Accordingly, human resource development and organizational consolidation are considered one of the key factors.
According to information on the NCB website, the bank's executive board currently has two members: General Director Ta Kieu Hung and Deputy General Director cum Director of Risk Management Pham Thi Hien. Thus, after appointing Ms. Duong, the total number of executive board members is 3.

In a related development, previously, at the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in November 2023, NCB shareholders approved the dismissal of Vice Chairman Nguyen Tien Dung and Member Truong Le Hien from the positions of Board Members, after these two submitted their resignations for health and personal reasons.
At the same time, two new members were elected, Mr. Duong The Bang and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Hoa. Mr. Duong The Bang has a bachelor's degree from Moscow University of Information Technology and Communications in the Russian Federation. He has more than 20 years of experience working and managing large-scale enterprises in many fields as a member of the Board of Directors and CEO.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Hoa has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Foreign Trade University. Ms. Hoa used to work at the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development and held many important positions in the finance and credit sector at large domestic enterprises .
