Nestlé Vietnam received the National Quality Gold Award for the second time

Nestlé Vietnam was honored for the second time to receive the National Quality Gold Award presented by the Prime Minister to organizations and enterprises with outstanding achievements in production, business, competitiveness and operational efficiency, and integration with the regional and world economy.

The National Quality Award (GTCLQG) is the only national quality award given annually, of which the National Quality Gold Award is the highest award. The award is comprehensive in all areas, from quality management to sustainable development, and is evaluated based on 7 criteria, including: Leadership role, strategic planning, customer and market orientation, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, human resource management and development, process management, and performance results.

At Nestlé, the factors of 'Quality', 'Food Safety', 'Research and Innovation', 'Consumer Suitability', and 'People' are the foundation for success and competitive advantage, and are the solid basis for the company to win the National Quality Gold Award. To achieve that, Nestlé Vietnam always ensures strict compliance with food safety and hygiene management processes, quality management, as well as compliance with labor safety, at each and every stage of its operations and production processes and throughout the supply chain, from input materials to finished products reaching consumers.

Innovation and digital transformation are aspects that help Nestlé create positive changes for the entire supply chain, improving product quality and consumer experience quality.

Sharing when the company was honored to receive the National Quality Gold Award for the second time, Mr. Binu Jacob, General Director of Nestlé Vietnam, said: "We believe that participating in the National Quality Award Program will help the company continue to have the opportunity to learn, evaluate and comprehensively improve management activities, product and service quality. The award is a recognition of Nestlé Vietnam's efforts in the journey to improve the quality of life, contributing to a healthier future for Vietnamese people."

Previously, Nestlé Vietnam was ranked as the Most Sustainable Enterprise in the manufacturing sector for 3 consecutive years (2021-2023), "Enterprise for Employees" for 5 consecutive years (2020-2024). Most recently, Nestlé's NESCAFÉ Plan program was also honored in the Human Act Prize "Award of the Year" category for programs with great influence, recognizing the journey of constantly improving the position and value of Vietnamese coffee beans, contributing to building a sustainable coffee farming community.
