Strengthening propaganda on law and prevention of electronic cigarettes at the beginning of the school year

On the first day of the 2025-2026 school year, the police force of Bao Nhai and Si Ma Cai communes, Lao Cai province, coordinated with high schools in the area to organize many activities to propagate and disseminate laws as well as prevent e-cigarettes for students.

On the morning of August 29, Bao Nhai Commune Police coordinated with the Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police and Bac Ha High School No. 2 to organize a law dissemination session for more than 850 students, teachers, officials and staff of the school. The content focused on regulations on traffic safety, security and order, fire prevention, drug and electronic cigarette prevention, school violence, cyber security... In addition, the police force also instructed students on accident and injury prevention skills.

At the program, teachers and student representatives signed a commitment to strictly comply with the law. Bao Nhai Commune Police also presented 100 helmets to students in difficult circumstances.

Previously, Si Ma Cai Commune Police coordinated with Si Ma Cai High School No. 1 to organize a "Collective Activity Week" for more than 250 students and teachers. The activities focused on promoting 3 topics: traffic safety and order; fire prevention; drug prevention, electronic cigarettes, and school violence.

More than 250 students, teachers and staff of Si Ma Cai High School No. 1 participated in the legal propaganda session at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year.

The meeting also combined dialogue, answering questions and practicing skills to prevent landslides, flash floods and landslides in the context of storms, especially the complicated developments of storm No. 5 Kajiki.

At the end of the program, students signed a commitment not to violate the law, contributing to building a healthy cultural lifestyle, awareness of the rule of law and a safe school environment.

The legal propaganda activity at the beginning of the school year has become an annual activity, demonstrating the close coordination between the education sector and Lao Cai Police force, to ensure discipline, build safe schools, and happy schools for students.
