Quang Trung Primary School in Ha Giang City has 14 classes with 464 students in the 2024-2025 school year. Previously, the cost of teachers teaching Friday afternoons was covered by parental contributions according to Resolution 33 of the Provincial People's Council, at a rate of 8,000 VND per lesson. However, after Circular 29 came into effect, the school stopped collecting fees, and teachers continue to teach on a voluntary and free basis.

Twenty-two officials, teachers, and staff members of Quang Trung Primary School, including 19 teachers directly involved in teaching, have pledged to strictly comply with Circular 29. In addition, the school is strengthening its efforts to disseminate the regulations to parents and students.
