Vo Thi Ngoc Ngan (DJ Ngan 98) has just made the latest announcement, through posting videos on her personal Facebook page and TikTok with a blue tick, updating developments related to being accused of selling weight loss products containing banned substances.

Accordingly, Ngan 98 said she worked with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety on May 22.

At the meeting, her side provided complete and detailed legal documents about the product, including declaration documents, production contracts, product testing certificates, value-added invoices (red invoices), and certificates of eligibility for production.

There is also a contract to rent images for promotion with Nahaco Company Limited.

This DJ affirmed that the documents proving the weight loss products (X7 Plus, Super Detox X3 and X1000) all ensure legal standards, transparency from origin, invoices and documents.

At the same time, the department also reviewed the authentic test results from licensed centers, which were transparent and fully informative.

Regarding many conflicting information on social networks about ZUBU Trading and Service Company Limited (154 Pham Van Chieu, Ward 9, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City), Ngan 98 shared that the business has stopped operating for two years and closed.

She affirmed that the products she is currently promoting have nothing to do with this ZUBU Company.

At the authorities, Ngan 98 also presented the source of the rumor that she sold weight loss products containing banned substances. She expressed her doubts, pointing out the ambiguities in the product's test papers, as well as the fact that her name was forged, and the nick (account) used to buy the product was forged by a person in Binh Thuan .

Notably, she confirmed that someone else had given her a floating product of unknown origin for testing for the wrong purpose. At the end of the meeting, the department had received all the legal documents and shared information, so she felt reassured.

Last night, Ngan 98 also expressed suspicion that she had been harmed in an organized manner, "with signs of unfair competition in business and commercial activities".

As reported by Tuoi Tre Online , a representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety confirmed that today, Vo Thi Ngoc Ngan (nickname Ngan 98) came to work.

This agency is in the process of inspecting and verifying the incident, and has not yet concluded.
